Delivery Information

Everything you need to know
After placing an order with us you will receive a confirmation email. We will try to do our best to deliver your goods as soon as possible. Small – Medium & large sized items generally takes 1-3 working days, A pallet usually takes 3-6 working days. Items may be despatched from multiple distribution centres and therefore orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the same time. From our experience it is advised that no installation should be arranged until the items have been received and checked as we will not be responsible for any failure to deliver goods within the given time frame. We will update you with a delivery date, please ensure that someone is available at the address to accept the delivery. For pallet deliveries, our couriers will not bring the items inside, they will do their best to bring the pallet as close proximity to the front as possible. Please inform us if there are any restrictions to access your delivery point. Please make sure all items are checked upon signing as any damages will need to be notified immediately. If deliveries fail, there may be a redelivery fee of £30. If you have any questions please email us at 

Delivery Rates
We offer free delivery on all qualifying orders over £399. This will be applied automatically at check-out.

Our delivery rates are calculated for UK mainland addresses excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands. Please email us at for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, & Northern Ireland pricing.

All charges for delivery are based on the size and weight of the product. When you add item(s) to your shopping basket, the delivery charge will be displayed. Generally items are divided into 4 categories:

Small £2.99

Medium £6.99

Large £12.99

Pallet £36.99

Please note that additional charges may apply if you live in a ‘remote’ area. If you have any further queries with regards to our delivery charges please contact us.

Damaged Items
The customer is responsible to inspect all products upon arrival. If you find your product has been damaged during the delivery process, we recommend you take photographs and contact us immediately. Any items received damaged must be reported within a maximum period of 3 days following delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds page.
