Delivery Information

We use reliable courier companies to deliver goods quickly. You’ll get a tracking number for each delivery so you can check its progress on the courier’s website. 

Sometimes the supplier will send the item directly to you. In those cases, we can’t provide a tracking number but will let you know the expected delivery date. Although we aim to stick to delivery schedules, the dates given are only approximate. So it’s best not to book any installation work until you have received your order.

Deliveries are made on normal working days, not public holidays.

The quoted times start from when the goods leave our warehouse, not when you placed the order.

You might receive multiple deliveries as some items come from different suppliers. If your order contains products from various suppliers, they will likely arrive separately on different days. Each delivery will have its own tracking information provided.

⋅ Our support team may email or call you about your order after you place it.
⋅ The courier may call to arrange a convenient delivery time with you.
⋅ Check individual product pages for estimated stock availability timings.
⋅ If an item is out of stock after ordering, we’ll notify you by email or phone.
⋅ Delivery times are estimates only – some orders may take longer due to factors beyond our control. Our customer support team will confirm expected delivery days.
⋅ Some products could be delayed due to manufacturer shortages – our team will advise if this affects your order.
⋅ Do not arrange installation until you have checked the items after delivery, as we cannot be responsible for missed delivery windows.
⋅ Make sure someone will be present at the delivery address.
⋅ Additional charges may apply if you live in a remote area. Contact us if unsure about delivery charges.

Damaged Items

The customer is responsible to inspect all products upon arrival. If you find your product has been damaged during the delivery process, we recommend you take photographs and contact us immediately. Any items received damaged must be reported to returns@luxuryplumbing.co.uk within a maximum period of 3 days following delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds page.
